ORGANISATION INFRASTRUCTURE

    The organization has equipped production facility in the most advance industrial estate of Bangalore, which is Peenya, Bangalore- 560 058. Also we have the modern equipments and Technology to serve the requirements of the industries in a better manner.

    Our facilities consist of the following: -

  2. 1 (one) Drum Motor Assembly, Sales and service unit with Indo-German collaboration in the name & style BDL DRUM MOTOR (INDIA) PVT LTD.,

  3. 1 (one) exclusive Timer Pulley manufacturing unit, Licensed GATES- USA with Sale and Service of GATES - Timing Belt and Power Transmission Products.

  4. 1 (one) unit exclusive for Splicing, Service and Repair of all kinds of Conveyor belts.

  5. We also manufacture container Liners and Flexi Tank for Bulk Solid and Liquid Transportation in collaboration with M/s. Linertech Ltd UK 100% Buy Export back to UK under name and style M/s. Bulk Packaging Liners Pvt Ltd

  6. Emergency Mobile Service Team facility for Institute/Site Service and Repairs.

  7. We have total facility for Rubber Mixing, 3 Roll Calendering, Extrusion, Compression Moulding Hydraulic Presses, Auto Clave Vulcanizing, Finishing line like Grinding, Slitting, Groove Cutting etc and other secondary operation machinery.
  8. We are equipped with an In-house Lab with testing facility for Raw Material and Finished Products.
